|Recommended: YesA great place to live — I've been living here for 4 months now and I have to say what a great place this is. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. John in Maintenance has been very through and is excellent in following up, making sure everything is working properly.
The quality of the appliances and finish are top notch and the building is always very clean.

|Recommended: YesI love my new home — I've lived here at the Modera Raleigh Hills for two months now and it's just a great place to live. The building is stuffed with amenities pizza ovens, karaoke room, dog spa, work-from-home cubes, a game room and a truly club room

|Recommended: YesLight and bright- come see in person — This property is well done with great amenities and the units are light and bright with nice large windows. The furnishings are quality and the property is very well dialed in with nice landscaping, etc. They still need to get the pool and spa open and it seems like certain things still aren't quite done yet or maybe I just more instruction on how to use them but overall it's very nice. Staff has been very helpful. Hoping there are some event to have tenants get to know one another. It's worth walking in to get an appointment if you aren't having luck with their automated system.

We are still finishing up a few of the amenities to become completely open, and we appreciate your patience and understanding when it comes to new construction. We're excited to open up the last few areas like the pool & spa, and we'll make an announcement when that happens.
We are also planning some events for residents to get to know each other. You should expect to receive an email in the near future for a November event, and now that we are up and running we plan on hosting something every month for people to attend. We can't wait to see you there!

|Recommended: YesVery nice — The parking is system is wild. I’d love a garage but they are way too small, and my uncovered spot being 80 dollars less not even half is absurd. There is literally no visitor parking
