I appreciate the patience with packages, endless questions, and curiosities. As well, I find everyone to be approachable, friendly. Thanks Travis, Shelby, Mckenzie and Drake in the office for always being so present and thoughtful when I visit and it can be numerous times. And the maintenance, I particularly have had contact and support from John and Robert. Both of whom never feel rushed and are seemingly overly joyful sincerely to be of service and help life run smoothly. And they are just darn kind and thoughtful. I feel so thankful for their patience, support and knowledge. Great team and lovely community.

submitted by Monica K. - |Recommended: NoBeing Flexible — After a very long time deciding whether it was a good idea to move here, we were promised three things 1. A hot tub 2. Free EV charging 3. A noisy-free apartment The heated pool—I wouldn't even call it a hot—and the jets do not work. My husband lives with the pain, and having it in our old apartment was a huge help. But we didn't test it before moving in. You know, who does that And they never bother to mention it. The same thing happened with the EV chargers once we moved in and wanted to charge our car, it turned out they don't work. And if they do, the same car is day for days. We ultimately moved here because it was so quiet. It turns out a train comes every two hours, and our dog gets really scared when that happens. I wish the staff had mentioned these details before we moved in, because we probably would have found a better fit for us. The truth is that we're having an ok time here. There are other nice parts of the complex, but we've been adapting to everything.

submitted by James P. - |Recommended: YesVery good overall — The East side south entrance needs to be sprayed down periodically. most of the dogs in the building urinate right outside of the door and the smell is very bad. an occasional rinse would go a long way.

submitted by  - |Recommended: YesGreat property The building is always clean, and everyone here is very friendly. It's a safe and welcoming place to live. However, one small suggestion,,, if residents are allowed to buzz people in through the front door, it would be much more convenient if visitors could also access the elevator. Right now, this restriction often leads to non-Amazon packages being left on the first floor in random corners. Allowing elevator access for guests would make things easier and more secure for everyone.

I understand the frustrations regarding the elevator access, and we are exploring if retrofitting the system is a possibility. The amazon lockers are not just for amazon deliveries, and many other companies including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and CoStar, all have their own unique codes to use those lockers. I enjoy gym , jacuzzi and my morning coffee. Also all residents are very nice, polite and friendly. I really like diversity of people. It great experience so far living here.
